Who we are

Miami LevelUp Limo is a family-owned chauffeur and limousine service at 851 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33132. This policy covers this website, our booking form and the messages you send us.

What we collect

• Ride requests. Your name, phone, email, how you'd like us to contact you, your language, and the trip details: date, time, pickup and drop-off, flight number, passengers, bags, vehicle, child seat and any notes.
• Messages. What you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or social media.
• Visits. We count page views without cookies and without storing IP addresses: only the page, its language, the site that sent you (for example google.com) and whether you're on a phone or a computer. We also count taps on our WhatsApp, phone and email links the same way, so we know how clients prefer to reach us.
• Abuse protection. To stop spam, our forms keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for about a day. It can't be turned back into your address.

How we use it

• To send you a quote, confirm your ride and plan the pickup.
• To contact you about your ride, including a confirmation email and, after the ride, a thank-you message.
• To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.

We don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

• Your chauffeur gets what they need for the ride: your name, phone, pickup details and notes.
• Service providers that run the website for us: our web host (website and database) and Resend (confirmation emails). They may only use your details to provide their service to us.
• WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to those messages.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.

We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Cookies and your browser

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. To make the site easier to use, your browser keeps a few things on your own device: your language choice, an unfinished booking form (so you don't lose it) and the reference numbers of your recent requests. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

If you choose “More languages”, the page opens through Google Translate, and map links open Google Maps. Google's privacy policy applies there.

How long we keep it

We keep ride requests for as long as we need them to provide the ride and for our business, tax and legal records, then delete them. Visit counts contain no personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it or delete it. Email us or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some records the law requires.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only our team can open booking details, with a password. No system is perfect, so please don't send us payment card numbers by message or email.

Children

This website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Rides for children are booked by a parent or guardian.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
