How do I get a price?
Submit the booking form or message us on WhatsApp. We'll reply with a personal quote for your exact trip — no obligation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel for free up to 24 hours before pickup in a sedan or SUV, 72 hours for Sprinters and the stretch limo, and 7 days for the mini coach, party bus and weddings. If your flight is canceled, there's no fee. Details are in our Terms & Cancellation.
Which areas do you serve?
Miami, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale and the rest of South Florida, plus long-distance trips across Florida and out of state.
How many passengers can you carry?
From one passenger in a luxury sedan to 36 in a mini coach or party bus.
Do you serve private airports?
Yes. Besides MIA, FLL and PBI, we pick up at private jet terminals (FBOs) at executive airports such as Miami-Opa Locka Executive (OPF), Miami Executive (TMB) and Fort Lauderdale Executive (FXE).
Do you have child car seats?
Yes, free of charge. Our car seats are in excellent condition and under warranty — just turn on “Child seat needed” in the booking form.
Can I book in my own language?
Yes. Fill out the form in any of our languages, and write your notes in whichever language you prefer.
